ICC, through its commissions, examines the main issues of practical interest to world business. These commissions work together on cross-cutting issues and prepare policy documents, including statements to inform and guide intergovernmental discussions and resulting policies, rules and codes to facilitate international business transactions.
ICC commissions are specialized working bodies composed of member experts appointed by ICC national committees, and therefore in Switzerland by ICC Switzerland.
