List of Arbitrators
ICC Switzerland runs the Secretariat of the Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR of the ICC. The Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR is responsible for promoting ICC Dispute Resolution Services in Switzerland. To facilitate the selection of arbitrators, the Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR maintains a list of arbitrators. All arbitrators included on this list have successfully completed ICC Switzerland’s application process and are approved by the ICC Swiss Arbitration Nomination Committee.
Listed arbitrators
- are Swiss nationals or have their principal place of business in Switzerland,
- have sufficient experience in arbitration proceedings, in particular under the ICC Rules,
- have been recommended by two experienced arbitrators, independent from their law firm, who have certified that the applicant is capable of conducting an ICC arbitration independently and under their own responsibility.

The publication of an arbitrator’s profile on this website constitutes an additional, optional service subject to a fee for non-members. This is independent of the free inclusion on the internal list of arbitrators maintained by ICC Switzerland.
