We are looking for a well-qualified, friendly assistant to support our small team from 1 April 2025 in a 40% pensum.
In this interesting and versatile position, you will work closely with our Deputy Secretary General, supporting her in our daily business. Your divers tasks include managing publication sales, maintenance of our website, social media and member database, accounting tasks, support for nominations of arbitrators at the International Court of Arbitration, help with ICC Switzerland events and meetings, and general administrative work.
Excellent English skills are a prerequisite for this job. In addition, you should be a German native speaker and further languages are a bonus. Ideally, you have already some working experience and are an experienced IT user. You work diligently and accurately, with a service-oriented approach, and take responsibility for what you do. Lastly, you should be flexible concerning work outside of office hours, as many of our events and meetings take place in the evening or at different locations in Switzerland (eg. Geneva).
